Do I need to be a hunter to stay at Heartland Lodge?
No. The lodge is open all year. Many guests enjoy the lodge during nonhunting months. Women also enjoy the lodge atmosphere. October 15th through December 25th is the only time the lodges are exclusive for hunters.
What does the meals and limited activities package include?
This package includes your dinner meal upon arrival, a scenic one hour hay-ride, bonfire with marshmallows and smores, popcorn, soda, brunch, ATV day pass and access to all of our property. A $160 Value not including the room!!!
What dates are you open for Resort Guest (not hunting)?
January - September we are open for Resort guests.
Can I bring my own ATV?
Yes. This has become very popular with our guests. There is no extra charge when staying in the lodge! You get a free day pass ($25 value) for you arrival day and departure day. (Also any day in-between) for a total of $50 savings per bike!
What is there to do at the lodge?
One of the nicest activities is doing nothing at all! Enjoy relaxing on our porches, in front of the fireplace, or around the bonfire. No phones, no traffic, just you enjoying the outdoors. If you are looking for a little more adventure, you can visit our Activities or Calendar of Events for more things to do.
What does the nonmeal package include?
This package only includes overnight accomodations and access to our property.
Are single guests welcome?
Yes. Many single guests come to Heartland to relax and recharge their batteries.
Can the lodge be privately booked?
Yes, an entire lodge can be privately booked.
