Testimonials

  • There is nothing bad I could say about our stay, it was totally awesome! We loved the way the meals were set up, and saying grace made it feel like family. We were able to get to know some great people and the staff was also the best! I truly wish I lived nearby so I could be a part of the Heartland family of employees... or just family period!  We loved it!
    - Greg Koch and Stephanie Null, Barnhart MO
  • The overall experience at Heartland Lodge had us wishing we had booked a week instead of an overnight stay.  Everything from the prayers before the meals to the room's luxurious accomodations creates an ambiance and feeling of indulgent pampering.  A beautiful experience that we will definitely repeat in the future.  Thank you, Harpole family for an unforgettable getaway!
    - Richard and Angela Hays, Shelbina, MO
  • We fell in love with this place the minute we walked in.  We enjoyed our wedding in front of the fireplace in the Orginial Lodge.  We are planning on returning next year to stay at your new property to celebrate our anniversary.
