We are half way through our season and it’s been one for the record books! A record number of pheasants and quail have been seen with plenty of birds still in the fields. A great spring hatch along with our management program has produced an increase in wild birds.

Our fields that we hunt our Premium Upland hunts on are holding more birds this year. Milo food plots still have nice heads on them providing food and shelter for both pheasants and quail.

We also have our 500 acre “winter” farm that we have not hunted yet. This property is managed for wild birds. Big Blue Stem, Indian Grass and Little Blue Stem, mixed in with Milo food plots provides ideal cover for winter hunting.
