A Great Upland Season!
April 29th, 2010
We finished up yet another great upland season! Mostly nice weather from September through April made hunting conditions ideal. We had all of our guides return again this year and many of our repeat clients hunted with us along with some new friends. The wild quail population was up this year and we had a lot of hard flying coveys along with some great pheasant hunts. I am proud to say that the upland division at Harpole’s Heartland Lodge has consistently grown and improved each year. Thank you for hunting with us!
I am already looking forward to next season! We burned off most off our warm season grass fields in March and I will soon be planting our food plots in May. The summer will be spent training dogs, working on the fields, and talking with my hunters.
I would enjoy hearing from you, please give me a call or e-mail!
