The terrain surrounding Heartland, nestled between the Mississippi and Illinois Rivers, provides some of the best ATV riding in Illinois and Missouri. Heartland Lodge's Riding Stables provides horseback riding trails on 700 acres of scenic, rolling countryside through the hills of the Mississippi River bluffs. Located on 25 acres surrounding Heartland Lodge, the 15-station sporting clays course is one of the best courses in the Midwest. Each shooting station provides exciting challenges found in different hunting situations. Perfect for any skill level. Gun rental and shells are available in the pro shop if needed.
