Another excellent experience (especially the quail). Mike is a a knowledgeable hunting manager and all around fine person. He has good control of his quality dogs. The foods were beautifully presented and the best in quality over the past 4 years; the beef and other meats were very tender and moist. Your cooks/wait staff are most friendly and attentive.
