Charlie, the owner’s lab, is a nod to loyalty, comfort, and the quieter joys of lodge life. While Charlie may not win any awards in the field, she’s a champion napper and expert in relaxation. Her easygoing spirit lives on in this warm and welcoming cabin. It’s a peaceful escape with plenty of personal touches, laid-back charm and tail-wagging comfort.. just like man’s best friend would want. Keep your eyes open for her- she enjoys lounging by the kitchen door looking for scraps. Please don’t feed her.. she’s on a diet 🙂

Heartland Lodge has many different activities for you to enjoy, or you can sightsee at the many local attractions that are an easy drive from the resort. There are two sets of cornhole games for the private luxury cabins as well, providing a fun entertainment option for you and your guests, no matter the age! Unwind and have a great time with this classic game right at your doorstep! ATV riders are able to park their ATVs and trailers close to the cabins in our parking area.
