Heavenly View is a luxury cabin with views that will take your breath away! Nestled near the top of the Mississippi River bluff, this cabin provides amazing views of the Mississippi River valley and the surrounding property.
The cabin has a southwest theme through-out the inside and sits on 52 private acres, which you can enjoy from the covered patios and screened-in porch that adjoin three sides of the cabin. Wake up in the morning with a cup of coffee and step outside to listen to the wild turkeys gobble around you or watch the whitetail deer feed in the meadow at the bottom of the valley next to the historic old barn. At the end of the day, savor the sunset and its beautiful colors across the Missouri hills.

Special Note: All guests need to remove their shoes in the foyer to protect the floors in this cabin. You may bring house slippers or just wear your heavy socks while in the cabin.

With 4,800 square feet and four bedrooms, Heavenly View provides enough room for 2 – 10 people! (When booking 4 – 10 people, Heavenly View provides the best value of all our lodges.) The chef in you will enjoy the Better Homes and Gardens design of the country kitchen. This spacious cabin also includes a comfy living room with plush cowhide furniture and a 55″ flat screen television, a library room with amazing views out the large windows, a dining room, and a recreation room with a pool table, foosball table, and flat screen TV for all to enjoy. This cabin has its own set of cornhole boards too, providing a fun entertainment option for you and your guests, no matter the age! Unwind and have a great time with this classic game right at your doorstep!
If you are a frequent visitor of Heartland Lodge, you are going to love this new addition. Located just five miles from the main resort, this cabin will be one that you can have all to yourself. The fully equipped country kitchen at Heavenly View is set up for those of you who want to cook your own meals. Or if you prefer, you may dine out at one of the local restaurants or choose from our favorite meal options. You can enjoy all this while having a cabin exclusively for you or your group!
The rooms at Heavenly View are decorated in a southwest theme. The living room, reading room and bedrooms have been furnished with hand-carved Old Hickory furniture. The recreation room features a pool table hand made out of rustic cedar logs, fuse ball table, and flat screen TV.
The master suite is located on its own private second level of the cabin. This spacious room has an ultra-comfy king-size bed that you will not want to leave. Sitting chairs and love seats provide extra seating for you to relax and read your favorite book or watch television on the large flat screen HD TV. Your view from this room is amazing! You can watch the sunset across the Mississippi River Valley with the Missouri hills in the background. There is plenty of storage space for your clothes in the huge his and hers closets. Your private bath is spacious with enough room for two.
This beautiful country kitchen was designed right out of Better Homes and Gardens. Handcrafted pickled oak wood cabinets provide enough storage for all your cooking needs. There is a neat country table located in the kitchen or for larger dining groups, a dining room table is located in the adjacent dining room.
As nice as the inside of this truly unique cabin is, the outside is even more amazing! Enjoy the deck that wraps around three sides of the cabin and take in the peacefulness found only in the country.
