Upland Bird Hunting

Overall, my experience at you lodge was excellent. The accomodations and meals were first rate. The staff was professional and friendly. Our guide, Harrison, was outstanding. I plan to return in the future, right now I am not sure when. Thank you very much.

Gale Chamberlain was a pure porfessional as well as his son (Wayne). Bot Gail and and Wayne were patient and helpful in helping me work my own dog. When my dog tired, they had energetic, well trained dogs to take her place. I expereinced hunint in Illiniois at Heartland that will never be matched in terms of variety of locations and habitat. I know that Heartland spoiled my dogs and htat is fine with me. My Guide, Gale Cahmberlain and all the other guides for that matter, were very friendly and knowledgeable. As as I know my schedul will look like for next year, I will rebook for another hunt.

Russ was a great guide. Very friendly and repectful. (Upland) Mark was a great guide. Exceptional caller and a good hunter and great cook. (Waterfowl)

The new duck/goose hunting is excellent! Blinds were great including breakfast in the blind. In enjoyed myself even more than last year and the game was well packaged-no spoilage due to freezer burn. Ms Wanda was a most gracious hostess.
