At our Lodge, the meals are part of the experience. After a day in the field or on the trails, guests return to hearty meals that blend midwestern comfort with quality ingredients. Many of our recipes feature local dishes that have been passed down through the generations. Each dish is thoughtfully designed to bring back memories of eating at your grandma’s house. Guests from across the country rave about our meals! We promise you, you won’t go hungry while you’re at the lodge.
What’s on the Menu?
- Breakfast/Brunch- We believe you can’t start off the day without a hearty breakfast! We serve an egg dish, bacon or sausage, pancakes, French toast or waffles and something sweet (Danish, muffins or sweet bread) and a fruit or parfait.
- Lunch- Served buffet style. Pasta, soup, or sandwiches. Served with a salad or side dish.
- Supper- A typical dinner menu will include roast beef, pork or chicken.. a side of potato (mashed, roasted or twice baked potatoes), vegetables, salad, homemade bread, and a delicious desert (homemade pies, cobblers, etc).
Hunting Guests Meal Package (September through May)*
- Waterfowl Hunters- Breakfast will be served in the blind. Lunch at noon. Supper at 6:00 PM.
- Upland Hunters- Breakfast will be served at 8:00 AM. Lunch at noon. Supper at 6 PM.
- Whitetail Hunters- Continental breakfast will be available 5:00 AM- 8:00 AM (on the morning that you depart- we serve a sit down style breakfast at 8:00 AM). Lunch at noon (if you’re sitting all day in the stand, the chef will prepare you a sack lunch the evening before). Supper will be served approximately an hour after dark.
- Turkey Hunters- Continental breakfast will be available 5:00 AM- 8:00 AM (on the morning that you depart- we serve a sit down style breakfast at 8:00 AM ). Lunch at 1:00 PM. Supper will be served at 6:00 PM.
*non-hunting guests coming with a hunter, meal plan is $100/per night (includes all 3 meals).
Resort Guests Meal Package (Mid-December through Mid-October)
- Brunch- 9:00 AM, $30/person
- Supper- 6:00 PM, $35/ person
Corporate Retreat Guests Meal Package (Mid-December through Mid-October)
- Breakfast- 8:00 AM, $30/person
- Lunch- Noon, $30/person
- Supper- 6:00 PM, $35/person
Snacks – Full day snack $10 per person/ Half day snack $5 per person. Options include: fruit tray, veggie tray, cookies, muffins or a meat, cheese and cracker tray.
