Each luxury cabin is decorated with its own unique theme. All cabins are carefully crafted with knotty pine and cedar walls, fifteen-foot vaulted ceilings, hand-carved Old Hickory furniture, high quality fixtures and appliances.

Each of these four cabin rooms include a hot tub (Whirlpool tub) with fireplace, ultra-comfy king-size bed, large 4K Ultra HD television with 4K Blu-ray player for next level viewing experience, relaxing private deck with barbecue grill, kitchen, sofa and private fire pit.

Sunset Valley Lodge

Sunset Valley Lodge – There are seven unique suites and rooms available at the Sunset Valley corporate retreat lodge. All of the rooms feature an ultra-comfy, triple-sheeted bed and have been furnished with hand-made Old Hickory furniture. Five of these rooms, including The Grand Suite and All About The View Suite, offer an amazing view of the sunset over the Mississippi River bluffs. The private bath of The Grand Suite features a large two-person shower and sauna while three of the suites feature private Whirlpools, all with the same amazing view of the river valley! This lodge is a perfect corporate retreat location! It offers complete seclusion, a jaw dropping view from the back porch with a great executive lounge area.

Corporate Retreat Rooms - Original Lodge

Original Lodge Corporate Outing Inside ViewRegular Room – There are eleven regular rooms. These rooms have two extra-long, triple-sheeted twin beds with a private bath. Each room is decorated in a certain theme according to its name.

Angler Room – This room has a queen-size, triple-sheeted bed and a set of bunk beds. The Angler Room also has a private bath and is decorated in a fishing theme.

Whitetail Suite – The Whitetail Suite has a king-size, triple-sheeted canopy bed, fireplace and a private Whirlpool. It also has a walkout porch with a porch glider that is perfect for viewing the wildlife.

All of these rooms are located in The Original Lodge.

 
Corporate Retreat Luxury Suites- Prairie Ridge Lodge

Labrador Luxury Suite in Prairie Ridge LodgeLuxury Suite – There are seven luxury suites in our Prairie Ridge Lodge. Each suite has a king-size, triple-sheeted canopy bed, private bath with Whirlpool, fireplace, TVs. daybed, comfy chairs, mini refrigerator, walkout porch, and is decorated according to its own theme. The ultra-comfy beds have become an attraction themselves!

These suites are located in the Prairie Ridge Lodge.

 
Secluded Corporate Retreat - Heavenly View Cabin

A private secluded cabin for group outingHeavenly View – There are four suites and rooms in Heavenly View. Three suites have king-size, triple-sheeted Old Hickory beds, comfy chairs, love seats and are decorated in a southwest theme. The fourth room has two queen-size beds. All beds are ultra-comfy. Heavenly View can only be reserved as a private cabin (individual rooms cannot be reserved.) The Heartland Lodge meal plan is not an option at Heavenly View unless booking the entire resort.

Recreation and Great Rooms for Corporate Groups

Heartland Lodge's corporate retreat conference centerRecreation Rooms – Perfect for corporate entertaining and team building, these rooms are featured in each lodge. All recreation rooms have a large screen television, pool table, card/game table and library. Some lodges also have an electronic dart board, shuffleboard, foosball table, air hockey table and wet bar.

Great Rooms – These rooms have large stone fireplaces, bronze statues, and large open ceilings. The Original Lodge and Sunset Valley Lodge both have large, beautiful Great Rooms.

Outdoor Recreation Activities for Corporate Retreats

Outdoor Recreation…Where do we start? How about our famous evening hayride! Take a trip along the Mississippi River bluffs and see an elk farm, deer, turkey, and the most scenic river valley view in the Midwest! Enjoy the breathtaking sunset across the river in the Missouri hills (weather permitting.) After the hayride, relax around the bonfire and enjoy a s’more or two. We also offer Polaris UTV rentals, sporting clays, fishing, hunting, ATV’s, bike riding, golf, volleyball, croquet, paintballing, pistol range, hiking and over 700 acres of trails, ponds and unmatched scenic beauty.

Deposit Policy
A 50% deposit is due when making your reservations.

Cancellation Policy
Due to the nature of our business, we ask for a 60-day cancellation notice. A processing fee of 10% of your total booking will be charged when cancelling. Cancellations without 60 days’ notice will not be refunded. If someone in your original booking party does not show, you will be charged the full amount. These policies help us provide you with better service.
